Growth Chart

Growth and change seems to be what characterizes life here. My "bump" is growing daily and moving more too. Sometimes I feel like a duck waddling around. Claire too is growing and learning more each and every day. I wish that I could capture each and every thing to show you- esp. for the grandparents.

I will just highlight a few of Claire's "new things" of this week. She is learning new words daily. Some favorites are shoe (which she puckers her lips when she says), all done, mil (milk/drink), hot (for hot and cold), dog (esp when she hears the dog barking), baby, and dolly, and ni night. I am amazed at some of the things she picks up. She now lays her baby down and says ni night. She will even use her blue blanket and cover her baby doll up.

A week and a half ago, my mom, sister and brother Mike came up to spend the weekend with us here. They helped split wood and with other various projects to get ready for the baby. We also went on a nice hike. Aunty Ashley carried Claire as she is in "training" for a hike/camping trip this summer.
