King Crab

Our New Year's Eve consisted of 5 courses, Office, and Chris Kempf! For our first course we had artichoke dip on toasted bagette bread. Then for our 2nd, Ginger Carrot Soup. The 3rd was a salad with apples, walnuts, craisens and a homemade yogurt dressing. We did take a little break here and then was the SPECIAL part....Alaskan King Crab. Joshua was by far the most excited of the three of us, but Chris and I went along for the ride. Our crab was served with linguine with a butter, garlic and basil sauce and sugar snap peas. Another break was taken here and for dessert we had a mocha saucy cake. We finished all of this at 1:15am! We made it. Thanks Chris for joining us and for helping us make it through to the New Year! There are some pics below:

Disclaimers: Those are root beer bottles!

Also, if you are friends with the Pikes, you may think we copy each other with the Birthday Cake for Jesus and the crab...but these things just show you how similar we are and how much we share in our friendship. Love you guys!
