Here is a pic of Josh "on the job." He is only in training status, but I can tell that he really enjoys it. I have found him studying specks of coffee from different regions from around the world. Apparently, coffee from various regions needs to be roasted differently.
The girls really love going over there and watching the coffee roast and pour out into buckets. :)
